Technology of production
Our technology of produce and process of glass beads are based from the age-old tradition of production of glass beads and pearl, which we developed it and customized for demanding applications in pharmaceutical, industrial paints, cosmetics and chemical industries.
Raw material (roughly squeezed balls) is provided mostly by our suppliers (manufacturers of glass and glass factories) by custom manufacturing on our machines and forms. Contractor is chosen according to the desired properties of glass, from which we made final ball.
We provide high quality of further processing our glass beads by division of competence between the specialist contractors. Thus we are able to achieve high accuracy and quality of finished glass beads.
We hold a large stock of all range of glass beads in the central side in Loděnice u Berouna to ensure supply flexibility and maintain of the variability range.
All our supplied glass and ceramic beads pass through final inspection in accordance with internal standards and international standards of quality control AQL. On request we provide a measurement protocol of our control measurements, product data sheets, safety data sheets or other specialized information according to quality standards for specific product.
