Ceramic grinding beads Zircon-silicate – ZS type
Thank to very innovative method of production of new ceramic beads, which significantly reduces the occurrence of microbubbles, these grinding ceramic beads very tight and homogeneous structure and therefore achieve excellent results in all of the grinding system and in a variety of industries.
This is innovative production of ceramic balls, which are made so-called sintering.
As is known, the exclusion of any air during the production of ceramic beads is essential to use, because if you have more microbubbles there is bigger chance to cracking ceramic beads and destroying milling discs, sieves and mixing broken pieces of ceramic beads into the product. This was a problem of using cheap glass bead and it was one of the reasons why the ceramic beads start to use. Another reason is, of course, higher performance of ceramic balls. Ceramic grinding balls ZS have a density 4.1 kg/l.
