Our own Production
- What are your delivery terms for produced beads and balls?
The basic range of beads balls from borosilicate and soda-lime glass we try to keep on stocks. If we have required beads balls in stock, we deliver within days. Products made on customer request takes more time but it depends on the requested product and schedule of orders in production process. Usually we talk about weeks. We have to say that precise beads and ball are mostly made according customer request. - What parameters do I need to know to reach smooth communication?
Base parameters for beads balls:
- glass (material) and its properties (we are specialist for borosilicate glass)
- size (diameter) beads and balls
- diameter tolerance
- surface definition (mat, fine mat, polish)
- roundness (tolerance deviations from the ideal sphere)
- What Certificate can we supply with our delivered beads and balls?
We can issue and supply following certificates:
- Certificate about measured according method AQL. All measurement are made at the measurement devices calibrated by our National Metrology Institute.
- Proof of composition and properties of glass according applicable ISO norms.
- Following customer wish we are able to set down individual measurements and even working processes and of course we can even control requested processes. We are used to make customers audits in our production.
